The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a shear-resistant bent cap hoop and a filling construction method thereof.The shear-resistant bent cap hoop comprises a pier column, a hoop body, a bottom die and a shear-resistant supporting assembly, the pier column is vertically arranged, the hoop body comprises two assembled hoop plates, and the two assembled hoop plates are connected with the pier column in a sleeving mode through a plurality of high-strength bolts; the bottom die is arranged between the hoop and the pier column through the fixing assembly, then the bottom die is filled with the filling layer of early strength epoxy resin or cement mortar or concrete, the shear-resistant supporting structure is arranged on the hoop and connected with the filling layer, shear-resistant steel bars in the shear-resistant supporting structure cannot damage the pier column and the filling layer, and therefore when the hoop is stressed, the pier column can not be damaged by the shear-resistant supporting structure. The shear-resistant supporting structure is convenient to install, meanwhile, the hoop is convenient to disassemble and use, in addition, the customized bottom die which is low in cost can adapt to pier columns of different sizes and shapes to be used to a certain degree, the application range is wider, and operation is easy.
