The invention discloses a land island cofferdam supporting large-span tied arch bridge dismantling and building mechanism which comprises a cofferdam facility and a supporting support, the cofferdam facility is defined by a steel-wood enclosure structure in a river channel, and the steel-wood enclosure structure comprises two parallel double-row timber pile structures composed of a plurality of outer side timber piles and inner side timber piles. Waterproof geotechnical cloth is laid in the cofferdam facility, river sludge is filled, and drainage and ground hardening are conducted in the cofferdam facility; the supporting support comprises a plurality of supporting pipe piers and transverse joints, the supporting pipe piers are evenly distributed on the two sides of an arch rib of the tied-arch bridge, and every two adjacent supporting pipe piers are fixed through the corresponding transverse joint. The invention further discloses a dismounting and building construction method for the land island cofferdam supporting large-span tied-arch bridge. The problems that when the tied-arch bridge is dismantled, the erection difficulty of the dismantling support is large, and the installation and dismantling steps are tedious are solved, precise control and safety of construction are guaranteed, the dismantling efficiency is high, the cost is low, pollution to water is small, and operation is convenient.
