The invention discloses a road traffic guardrail device which comprises a first stand column and a second stand column which are arranged at an interval, the first stand column is rotatably provided with a first transverse rod and a second transverse rod at an interval from top to bottom, and the second stand column is rotatably provided with a third transverse rod and a fourth transverse rod at an interval from top to bottom; wherein the first transverse rod and the third transverse rod are connected through a first locking mechanism, the second transverse rod and the fourth transverse rod are connected through a first locking mechanism, first vertical rods are hinged to the lower end face of the first transverse rod and the lower end face of the third transverse rod respectively, and second vertical rods are hinged to the upper end face of the second transverse rod and the upper end face of the fourth transverse rod respectively. The first vertical rod and the second vertical rod are connected through a second locking mechanism. The problems that in the prior art, stand columns on the two sides and a guardrail in the middle of a guardrail device are generally formed in a spliced mode, sometimes in traffic control, part of the guardrail needs to be dismantled, and the guardrail in the prior art is large in occupied space and not easy to disassemble, assemble and adjust are solved.
