Secondary-formed composite material flood prevention and emergency rescue boulder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a secondarily-formed composite material flood prevention and emergency rescue boulder and a preparation method thereof. The flood prevention boulder is composed of concrete, a reinforcement cage, a water stop belt and a gravel core. The boulder is in the shape of a regular quadrangular frustum pyramid, is good in integrity, high in density, large in size and good in durability, is difficult to wash away by water flow and can be well clamped at a root stone pile; the preparation method is simple and convenient for batch production. The preparation method comprises the following steps: supporting the outer template on the plane bottom plate; concrete is poured, a reinforcement cage is put down, and a bottom plate pre-pouring area with the thickness being 80 mm is formed; after maintaining for 7 days, filling sand and stones into the inner template, and compacting to form a sand and stone core; pouring concrete on the side surface and the top of the boulder, and covering with a reinforcement cage cover; and placing for 24 hours, demolding the outer template, and curing for 28 days to finally complete the preparation.
本发明公开了一种二次成型的复合材料防汛抢险大块石及制备方法,该防汛大块石由混凝土、钢筋笼、止水带和沙石芯组成。大块石的外形为正四棱台型,整体性好,密度大,体型大,耐久性好,难于被水流冲走且能较好地卡在根石堆处;制备方法简单,便于批量制作。其制备方法与步骤包括:在平面底板上支撑外模板;浇筑混凝土并下放钢筋笼,形成80mm厚的底板先浇区;养护7天后,在内模板填筑沙石,压实形成沙石芯;浇筑大块石侧面和顶部混凝土,盖上钢筋笼盖;放置24小时后进行外模板脱模,然后养护28天最终制备完成。
