The invention provides a construction method for an upper expansion body precast pile through secondary compaction pore-forming, which comprises the following steps: step 1, firstly aligning a pile pressing machine with a pile position of a precast pile to be constructed, and pressing a soil compactor into the pile position through the pile pressing machine; step 2, pressing a soil squeezing device into the collapsible loess to a designed elevation, and then pulling out the soil squeezing device to form a prefabricated hole in the pile position; 3, a body expanding material is poured into the prefabricated hole; 4, before the expansion body material is solidified, a prefabricated pile is implanted into the prefabricated hole; and 5, after the prefabricated pile is implanted into the bottom of the prefabricated hole, the prefabricated pile continues to be downwards implanted to the designed elevation of the prefabricated pile, and construction is completed. The construction method is wide in application, secondary compaction is formed on the soil body, and the loess collapsibility can be further eliminated; the pile foundation can be used for collapsible loess site foundation treatment, deep and thick soil filling site foundation treatment and common site pile foundations.
本发明提供一种利用二次挤密成孔上部扩体预制桩的施工方法,施工方法包括如下步骤:步骤1,将压桩机先对准需要施工预制桩的桩位,通过压桩机将挤土器压入桩位中;步骤2,挤土器压入到湿陷性黄土至设计标高,然后拔出挤土器,以在桩位形成一个预制孔;步骤3,向预制孔中灌注扩体材料;步骤4,在扩体材料凝固前,向预制孔中植入预制桩;步骤5,预制桩在植入至预制孔底部后,继续向下植入至预制桩设计标高,施工完成。该施工方法用途广泛,对土体形成二次挤密,能够进一步消除黄土湿陷性;可用于湿陷性黄土场地地基处理、深厚填土场地地基处理和一般场地桩基础。
