The invention provides an advanced water stopping post-cast strip water stopping structure and a construction method. The advanced water stopping post-cast strip water stopping structure comprises an upper-layer reinforcing mesh, a lower-layer reinforcing mesh and two layers of partition plates located between the upper-layer reinforcing mesh and the lower-layer reinforcing mesh. The two layers of partition plates are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction of the cross section of the advanced water stop post-cast strip, a horizontal water stop belt is arranged between the two layers of partition plates, and the horizontal water stop belt is arranged between the bending parts of the upper-layer reinforcing mesh and the lower-layer reinforcing mesh in a pressed mode; a water swelling strip is arranged above the partition plate on the upper layer in the through length direction, and a steel bar fixing component is arranged above the water swelling strip in a pressing mode. The reinforcing steel bar fixing components are used for fixing the water-swelling water-stop strip and the partition plate and the horizontal water-stop belt below the water-swelling water-stop strip, the problem that the water-stop belt and the partition plate are prone to floating upwards can be effectively solved, and the construction quality is greatly improved; and materials are easy to obtain on site, so that the construction cost is reduced.
