The invention relates to an integrated adhesive bandage device for repairing water seepage cracks of concrete through electro-deposition and a use method thereof, and in combination with an electrochemical deposition principle, the integrated adhesive bandage device only needs to be fixed on the surface of the concrete to be repaired and is connected with a reinforcing steel bar, so that device connection can be completed; and a new technical means is provided for field application of electrodeposition repair, so that the operation is simpler and safer. Compared with a traditional electro-deposition repairing device, the advantages of small density, light weight, excellent conductivity, chemical stability, thermal stability and the like of the flexible material are fully utilized, the power supply and the external anode can be compounded in the integrated adhesive bandage device, various mechanical devices do not need to be connected one by one during construction, and the cost is reduced. And the whole repairing system can be adhered to the surface of the to-be-repaired component, so that the construction convenience is greatly improved. Meanwhile, due to the simplification of construction, the cost of worker training and the possibility of misoperation are obviously reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种电沉积修复混凝土渗水裂缝的一体式创口贴装置及其使用方法,结合电化学沉积原理,本发明只需将一体式创口贴装置固定于待修复的混凝土表面,连接钢筋,即可完成装置连接,为电沉积修复的现场应用提供了一种新的技术手段,使得操作更加地简单与安全。对比传统的电沉积修复装置,本发明充分利用柔性材料密度小、质量轻,优异的导电性能、化学稳定性以及热稳定性等优点,能将电源和外置阳极复合于一体式创口贴装置中,无需在施工时再将各种机械设备一一连接,可将修复体系整体粘贴于待修复构件表面,大大提高了施工的便捷性。同时,由于施工的简化,明显地降低了工人培训的成本和操作失误的可能性,提高了施工的效率。
