Active noise shielding device
The invention relates to the technical field of noise shielding, and discloses an active noise shielding device which comprises a sound insulation plate, a detection plate, a first clamping cover, a second clamping cover and a cylinder. The sound insulation plate is formed by splicing a front partition plate and a rear partition plate, a vacuum cavity is formed between the front partition plate and the rear partition plate, the interior of the vacuum cavity is vacuumized, the detection plate is located in the middle of the front end of the sound insulation plate, a connecting rod is vertically fixed to the outer surface of the sound insulation plate on the inner side of the detection plate, and a mounting plate is welded and fixed to the tail end of the connecting rod. The detection plate is fixed to the surface of the side, facing the outside, of the sound insulation plate, vibration waves in the sound insulation plate can be judged by detecting vibration of the detection plate, the vibration generator is fixed to the side, facing the inside, of the detection plate, opposite vibration waves can be generated, and the opposite vibration waves and waves in the sound insulation plate are counteracted and eliminated; the vibration noise in the plate is eliminated, active noise reduction and passive isolation noise reduction on air sound waves are matched, and a better noise shielding effect can be achieved.
本发明涉及噪音屏蔽技术领域,公开了一种主动式有源噪音屏蔽装置,包括隔音板、检测板、第一卡罩、第二卡罩和圆筒;隔音板由前隔板和后隔板拼接组成,且前隔板和后隔板之间形成有真空腔,真空腔内部经过抽真空处理,检测板位于隔音板前端的正中间位置,检测板内侧的隔音板外表面垂直的固定有连杆,连杆的末端焊接固定有安装板。本发明通过在隔音板朝向外部的一侧表面固定有检测板,对检测板的振动进行检测可以判断隔音板中的振动波,并在检测板的朝内的一侧固定有振动发生器,可以发出相反的振动波与隔音板中的波抵消消除,实现对板材中的振动噪音消除,配合对空气声波的主动降噪,以及被动的隔离降噪,能够具有更好的噪音屏蔽效果。
