The invention provides an acoustic panel and a mounting method thereof. The sound-absorbing plate comprises at least one sound-absorbing unit, and each sound-absorbing unit comprises a micro-perforated panel and a micro-perforated back plate which are oppositely arranged; the honeycomb structure is arranged between the micro-perforated panel and the micro-perforated back plate; wherein each of the micro-perforated panel and the micro-perforated back plate is provided with at least one micropore, and the aperture of the micropore is smaller than or equal to 1mm; in addition, the micro-perforated panel, the micro-perforated back plate and the honeycomb structure jointly define a plurality of resonant cavities, and each resonant cavity is communicated with at least one micropore. The acoustic panel can generate a plurality of absorption peaks with high sound absorption coefficients on a frequency spectrum, so that a better sound absorption effect can be realized in a wider frequency band range.
