The lower connecting plate is positioned below the upper connecting plate; the self-resetting damping unit is positioned between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the core tube is arranged between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the horizontal sleeves are symmetrically arranged by taking the core tube as a center; two ends of the prestressed tendon respectively penetrate through the core tube and stretch into the two symmetrical horizontal sleeves in a tensioning state; the anchor plugs are fixedly arranged at the end parts of the prestressed tendon and are anchored on the horizontal sleeves; the two sliding plugs and the metal spring set are arranged in the horizontal sleeve in a sliding mode, and an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod are arranged on the two sliding plugs in a hinged mode respectively. The device is simple in structure, clear in force transmission and high in bearing capacity, exerts different horizontal and vertical rigidities under the action of earthquakes of different levels, can achieve the earthquake and vibration double-control target of multi-level performance, and has wide application prospects.
