Plastic powder, straw powder and an additive are mixed and stirred uniformly in stirring equipment to obtain a mixed raw material, the mixed raw material is melted and plasticized through extrusion equipment, then the melted and plasticized raw material is subjected to extrusion molding, shaped through a shaping mold and then extruded to obtain a co-extrusion composite material layer, the co-extrusion composite material layer is bonded with a floor bottom layer through a binder, and the floor bottom layer is formed.
