The invention relates to the technical field of floors, in particular to a straw wood-plastic coated co-extrusion floor and a preparation process thereof.The straw wood-plastic coated co-extrusion floor comprises a floor bottom layer used for being laid on the ground to achieve the gravity bearing effect, a co-extrusion composite material layer and a bonding layer, the floor is located between the floor bottom layer and the co-extrusion composite material layer. Plastic powder, straw powder and an additive are mixed and stirred uniformly in stirring equipment to obtain a mixed raw material, the mixed raw material is melted and plasticized through extrusion equipment, then the melted and plasticized raw material is subjected to extrusion molding, shaped through a shaping mold and then extruded to obtain a co-extrusion composite material layer, the co-extrusion composite material layer is bonded with a floor bottom layer through a binder, and the floor bottom layer is formed.
