Air shaft lining air pipe mounting structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and provides an air shaft lining air pipe installation structure and a construction method thereof, and the installation structure comprises a roof top plate, an air pipe body, a lifting and lifting assembly, a sleeve, a supporting and clamping assembly and a suspension piece. The air pipe body comprises a plurality of air pipe sections which are spliced, and steel bars are arranged on the two opposite outer side walls of each air pipe section. The lifting and lifting assemblies are distributed around the air pipe body and used for lowering air pipe sections into an air shaft section by section. The casing pipe is pre-buried in the air shaft structure wall of the air shaft; the supporting and clamping assembly penetrates through the sleeve to stretch into the air shaft and is fixedly clamped with the steel bar, the upper end of the suspension piece is connected with a roof top plate, and the lower end of the suspension piece is connected with the supporting and clamping assembly in a suspension mode. The air pipe is installed after air shaft construction is completed, procedure interpenetration can be reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. The multiple air pipe sections are assembled and spliced on the roof top plate and then lowered into the air shaft section by section, the connecting process of the air pipe sections is safe and reliable, and the installation quality is guaranteed.
