Fabricated door frame
The invention relates to the technical field of frame structures, in particular to a fabricated door frame which comprises frame plates arranged on the two sides of a hole and beam plates, the tops of the frame plates abut against the bottoms of the beam plates, bonding layers are arranged between the frame plates and the beam plates, and the end faces of the beam plates are flush with the side faces of the frame plates; the side face, away from the other frame plate, of each frame plate is provided with a first connecting part, the end face of each beam plate is provided with a second connecting part, the cross sections of the first connecting parts and the cross sections of the second connecting parts are the same, and the frame plates and the beam plates are made of lightweight concrete. By adopting the scheme, secondary reinforcement is not needed. Meanwhile, hollow holes do not exist, pouring is not needed, construction is easy, a series of problems caused by pouring of the hollow holes are avoided, waste of construction materials is avoided, and the labor cost, the time cost and the follow-up maintenance cost are reduced.
本发明涉及边框结构的技术领域,具体为一种装配式门框,包括设于洞口两侧的框板,以及梁板,框板的顶部均与梁板的底部相抵,框板与梁板之间设有粘结层,梁板的端面与框板的侧面齐平;框板远离另一框板的侧面均设有第一连接部,梁板的端面均设有第二连接部,第一连接部与第二连接部的横截面相同,框板和梁板的材料为轻质混凝土。采用本方案,无需二次加固。同时也不存在空心孔洞,无需进行灌注,施工简单,由此避免了灌注空心孔洞所带来的一系列问题,避免了施工材料的浪费,并降低了人工成本、时间成本和后续维护成本。
