The invention discloses an overhead transmission line tower anti-falling foot nail which comprises a pedal body, one side face of the pedal body is fixedly connected with a fixing screw, the outer side of the fixing screw is sleeved with a nut set in a threaded mode, an anti-slip strip is arranged on the surface of the pedal body, and a safety hook is arranged on the other side face of the pedal body. An oblique angle is formed between the safety hook and the horizontal direction of the pedal body; and the plurality of groups of pedal bodies are uniformly, alternately and fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the electric circuit rod body through the fixing screw rods.
