A universal ball is arranged in the ball groove; a vertical groove is formed in the universal ball; a second screw cylinder is fixedly mounted in the vertical groove; the bottom of the second screw cylinder is fixedly connected with a balancing weight; a second screw rod is in threaded engagement with the interior of the second screw cylinder; threaded grooves are formed in the positions, located in the inner wall of the supporting plate, of the two sides of the ball groove. Third threaded rods are in threaded engagement with the interiors of the two threaded grooves. The tops of the two supporting rods are jointly and fixedly connected with a mounting plate. A conical groove is formed in the upper surface of the mounting plate; a semicircular block is arranged in the conical groove; a vertical cylinder is fixedly mounted in the semicircular block; a surveying box is mounted on the upper surface of the semicircular block; the device is mainly used for solving the problem that if the lifting heights of the supporting screw rods on the two sides are different, the supporting plate is inclined.
