Unbalance loading monitoring: acquiring an allowable maximum stress difference value of two ends of the cantilever, setting a stress early warning threshold value, setting an early warning level, and performing real-time monitoring; and unbalance load balancing: according to a stress difference value obtained through unbalance load real-time monitoring, when the early warning level reaches three levels or above, unbalance load adjustment is carried out in real time, and balance is recovered. According to the method, the stress states of the cantilevers at the two ends are monitored in real time, the safest early-warning threshold value is determined through the three methods, the early-warning level is set, and when the stress monitoring value exceeds the graded early-warning threshold value, the management platform gives an alarm in real time to remind a constructor to deal with the unbalanced torque of the cantilevers at the two ends; a concrete flow adjusting device suitable for symmetrical construction of a cantilever is used in the concrete pouring process, and the stress unbalance state caused by human and bridge construction factors is accurately corrected according to stress data fed back by a software management platform in real time.
