The invention discloses a rhizome precise fertilization device for tea planting. The rhizome precise fertilization device comprises a storage ring for storing tea tree fertilizer; the sealing cover is arranged in the opening in the top end of the storage ring in a penetrating manner, and the part, located in the opening in the top end of the storage ring, of the sealing cover is in interference fit with the inner wall of the opening in the top end of the storage ring. According to the improved tea tree fertilization device, when fertilization is needed, continuous, slow and precise fertilization operation can be carried out on roots and stems of tea tree seedlings, rainwater can be collected, stored and filtered when it rains, drip irrigation operation can be carried out on the tea tree seedlings through the collected rainwater or water supplied by an operator, meanwhile, the adhesive force between tea tree roots and external soil is reduced, and the fertilization efficiency is improved. A great number of root systems of the tea tree seedlings are reserved while the tea trees can be conveniently lifted out of the ground, so that the survival rate of transplanting of the tea tree seedlings is increased, and the roots of the tea tree seedlings are protected when the tea tree seedlings are planted or transported.
