The invention discloses a prefabricated foundation construction process which comprises the following steps: 1, selecting a grinding tool by a processing factory according to a processing drawing, putting a concrete cushion block at the bottom of the grinding tool after the grinding tool is determined, putting a bound reinforcing mesh at the bottom after the cushion block is put, then pouring concrete, waiting for seven days, and taking out the concrete cushion block; the surface of the precast concrete unit is treated through a surface treatment device, and the precast concrete unit is lifted away from the machining platform after surface treatment is finished; secondly, the steel frame columns and the steel frame beams are in bolt connection on the ground in advance, and temporary supports are additionally arranged at the bottoms of the steel frame columns after connection is completed; 3, foundation preparation is conducted, specifically, a foundation pit is excavated before construction, specifically, surface sundries are cleaned, and the uneven ground is leveled and excavated; fourthly, the cast concrete is transported to a construction site and can be directly placed in the excavated foundation pit; and fifthly, the assembled steel frame columns and the assembled steel frame beams are transported to the site and hoisted in place through a crane, the production quality of the prefabricated concrete members is improved, and the machining efficiency is improved.
