An assembly type crane rail disassembly and assembly reuse device for a canal comprises a plurality of inner supporting devices arranged between two rails on a canal bottom plate side by side and a plurality of outer supporting devices arranged between the rails and butt joint bosses of the canal bottom plate side by side, and each inner supporting device comprises a transverse supporting rod and a first telescopic mechanism connected to one end of the transverse supporting rod; the inner supporting device and the outer supporting device both have the self-walking function, so that after the crane completes assembly construction of the front-section water channel on the short rails, the front-section short rails can be quickly loosened and lifted by the crane to be in butt joint with the rear-section short rails, and the inner supporting device and the outer supporting device automatically walk to the rear-section construction position to clamp and fix the rails again. According to the construction method, the rails can be alternately and automatically butted and fixed forwards, the rails and the supporting device can be repeatedly utilized, the automation degree of the canal assembling operation is improved, the operation process is simplified, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
一种装配式水渠用起重机轨道拆装复用装置,包括渠槽底板上两轨道之间并排设置的若干个内支撑装置、轨道和渠槽底板的对接凸台之间并排设置的若干个外支撑装置,内支撑装置包括横撑杆和连接在横撑杆一端的伸缩机构甲,并且内外支撑装置均具有自行走功能,因此起重机在短轨道上对前段水渠装配施工完成后,前段的短轨道可被快速松开并被起重机吊起与后段的短轨道对接,内外支撑装置自行走到后段施工处重新夹紧固定轨道,起重机可沿着轨道向前对水渠进行分段装配施工作业,此施工方法可交替向前自动对接固定轨道,并能够重复利用轨道和支撑装置,提升了水渠装配作业的自动化程度、简化了作业流程,利于降低施工成本、提升施工效率。
