The invention discloses airfield pavement machine-made sand dry hard concrete which is characterized by comprising 320-360 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 1350-1450 kg/m < 3 > of gravel, 550-600 kg/m < 3 > of machine-made sand, 20-40 kg/m < 3 > of metal slag powder, 1-2 kg/m < 3 > of an additive and 135-155 kg/m < 3 > of water. Wherein the additive is prepared from the following components: 0.8 to 1.5 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent, 0.005 to 0.01 kg/m < 3 > of an air entraining agent, 0.05 to 0.10 kg/m < 3 > of organic phosphoric acid (salt), 0.03 to 0.1 kg/m < 3 > of polyacrylamide and 0.1 to 0.3 kg/m < 3 > of fulvic acid salt; the performance defects of the machine-made sand are overcome by improving the quality of the machine-made sand and reasonably matching aggregate particles and appropriate additives, application of the machine-made sand in airport pavement type dry hard concrete is achieved, and the technical problem of building airport pavements in vast areas without natural sand resources is solved. The obtained product has the characteristics of high flexural tensile strength, good wear resistance, smooth galling, good construction performance, strong water retention capacity, small shrinkage and the like.
本发明公开了一种机场道面机制砂干硬性混凝土,其特征在于组成为水泥320~360kg/m3,碎石1350~1450kg/m3,机制砂550~600kg/m3,金属矿渣粉20~40kg/m3,外加剂1~2kg/m3,水135~155kg/m3;其中外加剂组成包括减水剂0.8~1.5kg/m3、引气剂0.005~0.01kg/m3、有机磷酸(盐)0.05~0.10kg/m3、聚丙烯酰胺0.03~0.1kg/m3、黄腐酸盐0.1~0.3kg/m3;本发明通过改善机制砂品质、合理搭配骨料颗粒以及适宜的外加剂克服了机制砂的性能缺陷,实现机制砂在机场道面类干硬性混凝土中的应用,解决了在广大无天然砂资源区域建设机场道面的技术难题,所得产品具有抗弯拉强度高、耐磨性好、拉毛顺畅、施工性能好、保水能力强、收缩小等特点。
