The invention discloses a preparation method of nano zirconium oxide toughened nano aluminum oxide ceramic, which comprises the following steps: by taking nano zirconium oxide powder and nano aluminum oxide powder as raw materials, uniformly dispersing nano zirconium oxide particles into nano aluminum oxide by a method of ball milling, mixing, injection molding, degreasing and sintering; therefore, the purposes of improving the dispersion uniformity of the nano-zirconia particles and improving the mechanical property of the ZTA ceramic material are achieved, and a nano-zirconia toughened nano-alumina ceramic part with a final shape and relatively high dimensional precision is directly prepared. The problem that in the prior art, nano-particles are directly adopted as raw materials, the nano-particles are prone to agglomeration, and consequently the performance and the structure uniformity of the ceramic material are poor is solved.
本发明公开了一种纳米氧化锆增韧纳米氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,采用纳米氧化锆粉体和纳米氧化铝粉体作为原料,通过球磨‑混炼‑注射成型‑脱脂‑烧结的方法将纳米氧化锆颗粒均匀分散到纳米氧化铝当中,从而达到提高纳米氧化锆颗粒分散均匀性并提高ZTA陶瓷材料力学性能的目的,直接制备出具有最终形状和较高尺寸精度的纳米氧化锆增韧纳米氧化铝陶瓷零件,解决了现有技术直接采用纳米颗粒作为原料纳米颗粒易团聚导致陶瓷材料性能和组织均匀性不佳的问题。
