The chemical formula of the piezoelectric ceramic material is (1-x) Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3) O3-xPbTiO3: y (La2O3 + SrCO3), x is more than or equal to 0.30 and less than or equal to 0.34, y is more than 0.00 and less than or equal to 0.03, and x and y are molar ratios. Compared with (1-x) Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3) O3-xPbTiO3 ceramic without introduction of La2O3 and SrCO3, the piezoelectric ceramic material provided by the technical scheme of the invention has higher piezoelectric property, and tests prove that the piezoelectric coefficient d33 of the piezoelectric ceramic material provided by the technical scheme of the invention can reach 730pC/N. In addition, the invention also comprises a preparation method of the piezoelectric ceramic material and a piezoelectric device comprising the piezoelectric ceramic material.
