Whole-process curing preparation method of low-shrinkage recycled concrete
The invention discloses a whole-process curing preparation method of low-shrinkage recycled concrete. The whole-process curing comprises the following steps: (I) carbon dioxide curing in an aggregate system stage; (2) carbon dioxide curing in the mixing stage of the aggregate system and the gelling system; and (3) carbon dioxide curing after the recycled concrete is poured. For the recycled concrete with the same proportion, the strength and the shrinkage performance of the recycled concrete cured in the whole process and the recycled concrete cured in different processes are better than those of the recycled concrete cured in common mode, compared with the common curing method, the 7d drying shrinkage rate is reduced by 21.66%, the 28d drying shrinkage rate is reduced by 19.35%, and the product quality is improved. The comprehensive performance is obviously improved. The recycled concrete cured in the whole process is superior to recycled concrete cured under the same condition in the single process in the aspects of compressive strength and drying shrinkage rate, and is further superior to recycled concrete cured under the common condition in performance.
本发明公开了一种低收缩再生混凝土全过程养护制备方法,全过程养护包括(Ⅰ)骨料体系阶段的二氧化碳养护;(Ⅱ)骨料体系与胶凝体系混合阶段的二氧化碳养护;(Ⅲ)再生混凝土浇筑后的二氧化碳养护。对于相同配比的再生混凝土,经全过程养护的再生混凝土与不同过程养护的再生混凝土的强度及收缩性能均要优于普通养护的再生混凝土,采用本发明养护方法比普通养护方法处理后,7d干燥收缩率降低了21.66%,28d干燥收缩率降低了19.35%,综合性能显著提高。本发明提出的全过程养护的再生混凝土,能够在抗压强度及干燥收缩率方面优于单个过程同等条件养护的再生混凝土,并进一步优于普通条件养护的再生混凝土的性能。
