Method for efficiently recovering phosphorus in sludge
The invention provides a method for efficiently recovering phosphorus in sludge, and belongs to the technical field of sludge recovery. Comprising the following steps: S1, conditioning and dehydrating; s2, dehydration filtrate treatment; s3, carrying out heat drying; s4, sludge incineration; s5, incineration fly ash treatment; and S6, burning the bottom slag. The invention provides the method for efficiently recovering phosphorus in the sludge, and the whole process has four advantages: 1) the phosphorus in the sludge dewatering filtrate is adsorbed by the biochar to obtain a phosphorus-rich carbon-based composite phosphate fertilizer; the method comprises the following steps of (1) carrying out acid dissolution on fly ash and bottom slag, (2) carrying out dechlorination treatment on combustion fly ash and bottom slag to prepare bricks, ceramic particles and building materials, (3) adsorbing phosphorus in acid-dissolved fly ash and bottom slag lixivium by biochar to obtain a phosphorus-rich carbon-based composite phosphate fertilizer, and (4) carrying out iron/aluminum salt flocculation on a separation liquid after biochar adsorption to form a phosphorus-rich iron/aluminum-based composite phosphate fertilizer.
