The road surface grooving machine comprises a connecting frame which is of a rectangular structure, a mounting groove is formed in the middle of the connecting frame, an opening groove is formed in the left side of the connecting frame, and a handle frame is mounted on the right side of the connecting frame; the guide wheels are symmetrically mounted at the lower end of the connecting frame; the slotting module is mounted at the open slot in the left side of the connecting frame; and the driving module is mounted in the mounting groove in the middle of the connecting frame, and the driving module is assembled to be used for driving the grooving module to rotate at a high speed so as to cut the road surface. According to the grooving device, the function of cutting groove seams with different sizes can be achieved, the situation that the groove seams with the needed sizes can be obtained only through multiple times of cutting is avoided, and the grooving working efficiency is improved.
