A height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the construction platform to move up and down along the hanging bracket is arranged between the hanging bracket and the construction platform; according to the steel box girder lifting device, the distance between the construction platform and the top frame can be adjusted through the height adjusting mechanism, so that the distance between the construction platform and the steel box girder cantilevers is adjusted, and adaptive adjustment can be conducted according to the heights of the steel box girder cantilevers of different specifications or different operators; and it is guaranteed that an operator can conduct construction in a comfortable posture, and therefore high working efficiency is guaranteed.
