The invention discloses a bridge combined reinforcing method based on ECC-distributed prestress. The method comprises a plurality of prestressed steel strands arranged along one side or two sides of a web of a bridge, a plurality of shear pins, a reinforcing mesh fixedly connected to the shear pins, and an ECC thickening layer covering the prestressed steel strands, the reinforcing mesh and the shear pins in a spraying mode. The reinforcing method specifically comprises the steps of reinforcing site design, drilling, chiseling treatment, hole cleaning, shear pin implanting, prestressed steel strand laying, tensioning and anchoring, reinforcing mesh fixing, watering and wetting, ECC material preparing and jetting and the like. The bridge web is reinforced based on the distributed prestressed steel strands and the sprayed ECC concrete, the bending resistance bearing capacity and the shearing resistance bearing capacity of the bridge structure are improved, the problem that local stress concentration is prone to being generated in a concrete structure in traditional prestressed reinforcement is solved, the service performance is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced.
