Intelligent ship collision prevention progressive magnetorheological shear thickening damper for bridge pier and method
The invention discloses an intelligent ship-collision-prevention progressive magneto-rheological shear thickening damper and method for a bridge pier, and relates to the field of dampers. One end of a first piston rod is connected with an external component, the other end of the first piston rod extends into a cylinder barrel, and a first main piston is arranged on the first piston rod; a first auxiliary piston is arranged on the first piston rod in a floating manner and is close to the left end part of the cylinder barrel; one end of the second piston rod is arranged in the first main piston, and the other end of the second piston rod extends into a groove formed in the third piston rod; a second main piston is arranged at one end of the third piston rod, and a second auxiliary piston is arranged on the third piston rod in a floating mode. The second auxiliary piston is close to the right end of the cylinder barrel; and the cylinder barrel is filled with magnetorheological shear thickening fluid. The damper and the anti-collision device are combined in an assembled and embedded mode, the bearing capacity of the anti-collision device in the elastic deformation stage and the plastic deformation stage is effectively improved, and the damage range caused when a ship collides with the pier for multiple times is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于桥墩的智能防船撞渐进式磁流变剪切增稠阻尼器及方法,涉及阻尼器领域,第一活塞杆一端与外部构件连接,另一端延伸至缸筒内,第一活塞杆上设置有第一主活塞;第一活塞杆上浮动设置有第一副活塞,且所述第一副活塞靠近缸筒左端部;所述第二活塞杆一端置于第一主活塞内,另一端延伸至第三活塞杆上开设的凹槽内;所述第三活塞杆一端设置有第二主活塞,第三活塞杆上浮动设置有第二副活塞;第二副活塞靠近缸筒右端部;缸筒内填充有磁流变剪切增稠液。本发明通过阻尼器与防撞装置装配式内嵌式结合,有效提高了防撞装置弹性变形与塑性变形阶段承载力,减小了船舶多次碰撞桥墩造成的损坏范围。
