The invention discloses a nuclear power water intake marine organism intercepting and capturing bag opening net device which comprises a pair of pier columns fixed to the left side and the right side of a water intake correspondingly and a bag opening net fixedly connected with the two pier columns and used for intercepting marine organisms. The bag opening net is at least provided with a net bag unit which is in a net bag shape and provided with a forward net opening, the net bag unit is provided with a rear net bag part extending backwards, and the bag opening net is further provided with an upper plane net part which is integrally connected to the upper edge of the net opening of the net bag unit, used for intercepting marine organisms and vertically arranged on the net bag unit. The left and right sides of the upper plane net part are fixedly connected with two pier columns respectively; the net opening of the net bag unit is lower than the highest water level, and the upper line of the upper plane net part is higher than the highest water level. By the adoption of the scheme, the marine organism interception efficiency can be improved, and safe nuclear power operation is guaranteed.
