The invention discloses an intelligent agricultural irrigation pipeline drainage port cleaning device which comprises a transfer pool, an extension pipe, a filtering assembly, a turnover mechanism, a liquid level sensor and a controller. A water inlet and a pouring port are formed in the two sides of the transfer pool correspondingly; one end of the extension pipe is communicated with one side of the transfer pool and is positioned below the pouring opening, and an electromagnetic valve is mounted on the extension pipe; the filter assembly is rotatably arranged on the inner side wall of the transfer pool, the filter assembly comprises a filter screen and a surrounding ring, and the filter screen is detachably arranged in the surrounding ring; the turnover mechanism is arranged on the transfer pool and connected with the filtering assembly, the liquid level sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the transfer pool, the controller is arranged on the transfer pool, and the liquid level sensor and the electromagnetic valve are connected with the controller. Therefore, sundries in the water body can be automatically cleaned, meanwhile, generated sludge is fished out in time, the situation that the filter screen is blocked again by the cleaned sundries is avoided, and normal drainage is guaranteed.
