The invention relates to the technical field of deep foundation pits, and discloses a high confined water area quicksand stratum deep foundation pit anchor cable construction method which comprises the steps that the drilling position is measured and judged on a pile body of a deep foundation pit; drilling at the drilling position to form a pile section hole; drilling is conducted in the sand layer, a concentric sleeve is arranged outside a drill rod, the drill rod penetrates through the pile section hole, a drill bit is used for drilling towards the sand layer to form a sand section hole, the sand section hole is provided with a hole opening communicated with the pile section hole, the hole opening is communicated with the pile section hole to form an anchor cable hole, the drill rod retreats from the anchor cable hole, and the concentric sleeve is reserved in the anchor cable hole; an anchor rod, a primary grouting pipe and a secondary grouting pipe are put into the anchor cable hole, and an elastic grout stopping bag is arranged on the anchor rod; the primary grouting pipe performs normal-pressure grouting until overflow of the hole opening of the anchor cable hole, after the concentric sleeve is taken out, a post-pile grouting pipe is inserted, a grouting stopping bag performs grouting to seal the hole opening of the sand section hole, secondary high-pressure grouting is performed through the secondary grouting pipe, and post-pile grouting is performed in the sand section hole through the multiple post-pile grouting pipes; and after the waist beam is poured, the anchor bearing plate is installed, and the anchor rod is tensioned and locked.
