The invention discloses an urban comprehensive pipe gallery drainage device which comprises a drainage pipe arranged in a pipe gallery. The dirt collecting mechanisms are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the drainage pipe, and each dirt collecting mechanism comprises a first dirt collecting pipe, a second dirt collecting pipe, a dirt collecting net, a first rope body and a second rope body. According to the device, the dirt collecting net filled with dirt can be taken out to be cleaned by pulling the second rope body outside the pipe gallery, professional dredging equipment is not needed, the sludge cleaning efficiency is high, and the cost is low; after the dirt collecting net is cleaned up, the drawing rope is moved relative to the first rope body, so that the opening of the drawing rope bag is opened, then the drawing rope bag is put back into the first dirt collecting pipe again through the top of the other vertical edge of the first dirt collecting pipe, and the dirt collecting net is pulled to the opening end of the dirt collecting net to move into one vertical edge of the first dirt collecting pipe by lifting the first rope body upwards; according to the drainage device, deposited dirt can be conveniently and rapidly cleaned, and meanwhile normal drainage of the drainage pipe is not affected.
