A waterproof photovoltaic system for industrial and commercial roofs disclosed by the present invention comprises a photovoltaic panel unit, a support and a functional panel unit, the support is erected along the roofs of industrial and commercial buildings, and the plane formed by the top surfaces of the support is lower than the plane formed by the top surfaces of the functional structures protruding from the roofs. The functional panel units are laid on the top face of the support on the periphery of the protruding functional structure and do not affect normal use of the protruding functional structure, and the photovoltaic panel units are laid on the top faces of the other supports and are in butt joint with the adjacent functional panel units to form the whole waterproof roof. The system has the advantages of complete roof coverage, good waterproof effect and high space utilization rate.
