The invention relates to a door hinge which comprises a hinge body and a buffer unit, and the hinge body comprises a hinge seat, a U-shaped rotating shaft, a connecting piece, a first rotating shaft and a shell; wherein the U-shaped rotating shaft comprises a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft, one end of the connecting piece is rotationally connected with the hinge seat through the first connecting shaft of the U-shaped rotating shaft, and the other end of the connecting piece is rotationally arranged in the shell through the first rotating shaft; according to the buffer unit, the linkage piece is connected with the oil cylinder by adding a shifting piece, so that the linkage piece can drive the shifting piece to move close to or away from the plane of the hinge base through rotation, and the plane movement of the shifting piece can drive the oil cylinder to be compressed or reset. The mechanical force in the opening and closing process of the door hinge is ingeniously utilized to help the oil cylinder to reset, so that the loss of the oil cylinder is reduced. The invention has the advantages of reducing the loss of the door hinge oil cylinder and prolonging the service life of the oil cylinder.
