The invention discloses a comprehensive variable sun shield of a photovoltaic device, which comprises a shutter unit, a skeleton unit, a first adjusting assembly, a second adjusting assembly and a third adjusting assembly, and is characterized in that the skeleton unit comprises a plurality of vertical rod pieces, a plurality of longitudinal rod pieces and transverse rod pieces; the vertical rod pieces are distributed at equal intervals, the upper ends of the vertical rod pieces are connected with the transverse rod piece through third adjusting assemblies, the vertical rod pieces can adjust the angle between the adjacent vertical rod pieces through the third adjusting assemblies, and the longitudinal rod pieces are arranged at the two ends of the transverse rod piece and connected with the first adjusting assemblies through second adjusting assemblies. The transverse rod piece can adjust the angle of the transverse rod piece and the vertical rod piece on the transverse rod piece relative to the longitudinal rod piece through the second adjusting assembly, and meanwhile the transverse rod piece can horizontally move along the longitudinal rod piece through cooperation of the second adjusting assembly and the first adjusting assembly.
