The method comprises the following steps: firstly, putting a crushed material of waste concrete into a saturated salt solution for first soaking so as to fully infiltrate old mortar on the surface of the crushed material, and when water evaporates to separate out salt crystals, the crystals can burst or fluffy the waste mortar on the surface of the waste concrete, so that the waste mortar is convenient to remove, and the stone interface condition is improved; through grinding and shaping, particle shaping and surface old mortar removal are further achieved; through chemical slurry soaking, the chemical slurry is fully absorbed, and in the curing process, the superfine cement, the superfine silica fume and the polymer are cured on surface cracks and surfaces of the stones, so that the interface performance of the stones is further improved, and the concrete with higher performance is prepared.
