The invention discloses a silane coupling agent mixture, a preparation method of the silane coupling agent mixture and artificial marble. The silane coupling agent mixture comprises methacryloxy propyl trialkoxysilane, phenyl trialkoxysilane, tetraalkoxysilane and a catalyst. According to the silane coupling agent mixture provided by the invention, the tetraalkoxy silane, the methacryloyloxy propyl trialkoxy silane and the phenyl trialkoxy silane are introduced, and the methacryloyloxy propyl trialkoxy silane and the phenyl trialkoxy silane are subjected to hydrolytic condensation to form an organosilane film; nanometer SiO2 particles formed by hydrolysis of tetraalkoxysilane can be filled into gaps of an organosilane film, and the organosilane film layer and SiO2 particles embedded in the film layer can form a compact organic/inorganic hybrid film, so that the strength of the marble is improved, and meanwhile, the strength of the marble is improved. The rigid group phenyl in the phenyltrialkoxysilane structure can also play a role in further enhancing the strength.
本发明公开一种硅烷偶联剂混合物及其制备方法、以及人造大理石,所述硅烷偶联剂混合物包括甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三烷氧基硅烷、苯基三烷氧基硅烷、四烷氧基硅烷和催化剂。本发明提供的硅烷偶联剂混合物因为引入了四烷氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三烷氧基硅烷和苯基三烷氧基硅烷,其中,甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三烷氧基硅烷和苯基三烷氧基硅烷水解缩合形成有机硅烷膜,四烷氧基硅烷水解形成的纳米SiO2粒子可以填充到有机硅烷膜的空隙中,有机硅烷膜层与嵌入膜层中的SiO2粒子可以形成紧密的有机/无机杂化膜,从而提高大理石的强度,同时,苯基三烷氧基硅烷结构中的刚性基团苯基也可以起到进一步提升强度的作用。
