The invention discloses a self-thermal-insulation wall material and a production process thereof, and the self-thermal-insulation wall material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of ash, 40-60 parts of ceramsite and 30 parts of 425 # cement. 20 parts of a foaming agent, 1 part of a water reducing agent, 1 part of an early strength agent and 3 parts of cellulose; the ceramsite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of cement, 30 parts of fly ash, 20 parts of water, 20 parts of foaming foam, 3 parts of cellulose, 3 parts of ferric oxide and 30 parts of shield soil. Compared with the prior art, the ceramsite self-insulation wall body material is prepared by adding the ceramsite into the insulation wall body base material; fly ash residues obtained after sludge sintering are subjected to terminal treatment, pollution is avoided, and environmental protection is truly achieved.
