The invention discloses a modified super absorbent resin suitable for alkali-activated foam concrete and a preparation process thereof. The resin comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 15-50 parts of an organic monomer compound, 5-15 parts of alkali liquor, 0.2-1 part of a cross-linking agent, 0.2-2 parts of an initiator, 15-30 parts of an organic dispersing agent, 5-20 parts of inorganic nanoparticles, 0.5-2 parts of a silane coupling agent and 50-100 parts of water. The organic monomer compound comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of an acrylic acid substance, 10-30 parts of an acrylamide substance, 5-20 parts of a quaternary ammonium salt cationic monomer and 10-30 parts of a polysaccharide hydrophilic monomer. The modified super absorbent resin not only has better dispersion characteristics and internal curing water capacity, but also improves the anti-cracking performance of the super absorbent resin, so that the improvement of the mechanical properties of alkali-activated foam concrete can be better promoted.
本发明公开一种适于碱激发泡沫混凝土的改性超吸水树脂及其制备工艺。所述树脂的原料组成包括如下组分:有机单体复配物15~50重量份,碱液5~15重量份,交联剂0.2~1重量份,引发剂0.2~2重量份,有机分散剂15~30重量份,无机纳米粒子5~20重量份,硅烷偶联剂0.5~2重量份,水50~100份。所述有机单体复配物包括:丙烯酸类物质20~60重量份、丙烯酰胺类物质10~30重量份、季铵盐阳离子单体5~20重量份、多糖类亲水性单体10~30重量份。本发明的改性超吸水树脂不仅具有更好的分散特性、内养护水容量,而且提高了超吸水树脂的抗开裂性能,从而能够更好地促进碱激发泡沫混凝土力学性能的提升。
