Slow-release defoaming type graft modified silicon dioxide material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a slow-release defoaming type graft modified silicon dioxide material capable of regulating and controlling the gas content of concrete in real time, a preparation method and application. The material is prepared by connecting a siloxane group-containing modified monomer on the surface of a silicon dioxide material through a silicon-oxygen bond, the siloxane group-containing modified monomer is composed of a siloxane group, an acid anhydride group and long-chain alkyl alcohol polyether, the acid anhydride group is connected with the siloxane group through an amido bond, and the acid anhydride group is connected with the long-chain alkyl alcohol polyether through an ester bond. The siloxane group-containing modified monomer is hydrolyzed under an alkaline condition to release the long-chain alkyl alcohol polyether with a defoaming function. When the material is added into concrete, the early stage of concrete stirring can be achieved without defoaming, fresh concrete has good workability, the defoaming agent is slowly released in the later stage, the air content in the concrete is reduced, the strength and durability of the hardened concrete are improved, and the appearance of the hardened concrete can be beautified.
