The invention relates to the technical field of scribing equipment, in particular to a municipal greening construction scribing device which comprises a bottom plate, a mixing box is arranged on one side of the top end of the bottom plate, a positioning mechanism is arranged on the other side of the top end of the bottom plate, a spray head is arranged on one side of the positioning mechanism, and one end of the spray head communicates with a booster pump through a hose. Two connecting pieces are arranged at the bottom of one end of the bottom plate, a mounting plate is fixedly mounted at one ends of the two connecting pieces, two cleaning mechanisms are arranged at the top of the mounting plate, and each cleaning mechanism comprises a rotating blade, a rotating shaft, a plurality of guide plates, a disc, a plurality of fan blades and a cleaning brush. In the device, two groups of fan blades which can be driven by wind power to rotate are additionally arranged at the front end of the scribing equipment, and fallen leaves and small garbage near a required scribing area can be effectively blown out of the scribing area along with rotation of the fan blades, so that the situation that the scribing area needs to be cleaned by a large amount of manpower during later scribing is reduced; and the construction cost is reduced while the marking efficiency is improved.
