The invention provides a capping beam construction bracket which comprises a bearing rod assembly, a weight dividing steel frame, a distribution beam and a construction platform, the bearing rod assembly penetrates through a pier column, the end of the bearing rod assembly is located on the side face of the pier column, and the weight dividing steel frame comprises a bearing beam, a lower chord beam and a plurality of connecting beams. The bearing beam is lapped on the end portion of the bearing rod assembly, the bearing beam and the lower chord beam are oppositely arranged in parallel, the lower chord beam is located on the side, away from the bearing beam, of the bearing rod assembly, and the length of the lower chord beam is smaller than that of the bearing beam; two opposite ends of the plurality of connecting beams are connected with the bearing beam and the lower chord beam; the distribution beam is arranged on the side, away from the bearing bar assembly, of the bearing beam, and the construction platform is arranged on the side, away from the bearing beam, of the distribution beam. The invention further provides a construction method of the bent cap construction bracket. According to the invention, the welding mounting and cutting dismounting time of the capping beam construction bracket at high altitude can be reduced.
