The invention relates to the technical field of bridge maintenance, in particular to a road bridge crack reinforcing device which comprises two end frames, guide grooves are formed in one sides of the two end frames, guide sliding strips are slidably connected to the inner sides of the two guide grooves, and two supporting pieces are fixed between the two guide sliding strips. The two inserting grooves are formed in one sides of the two supporting pieces, rubber plates are arranged on the inner sides of the two inserting grooves, and the two sides of the rubber plates are fixed to one sides of the two supporting pieces through a plurality of reinforcing bolts. The device is novel in design, through the buffering pressing plate mechanism, when vehicle wheels run through cracks on the bridge floor, impact force of the wheels can be buffered, the situation that the wheels directly impact the cracks is avoided, and therefore continuous expansion of the cracks can be avoided, and the bridge can be better protected.
