Drainage method for forming pipeline section of subsea drainage pipe
The invention discloses a launching method for forming a pipeline section of a sea drainage pipeline. The launching method comprises the following steps that firstly, a movable saddle and a pipeline support are placed on an assembly station of a pipeline assembly platform; secondly, the multiple sections of pipelines are hoisted to an assembling station to be assembled into pipeline sections; thirdly, a plurality of movable saddles and the pipeline sections are moved forwards to a welding station through a plurality of pushing devices to be welded; fourthly, after welding of the pipeline sections is completed, the multiple movable saddles and the pipeline sections are moved forwards to an anti-corrosion station through the multiple pushing devices to be subjected to anti-corrosion treatment; and 5, a plurality of movable saddles are moved forwards to a gliding trolley located on the top of the launching slideway beam through a plurality of pushing devices, then a plurality of winches are controlled to lower the movable saddles located on the gliding trolley, and the pipeline sections with the two ends blocked naturally float after being submerged into water. And finally, a plurality of gliding trolleys are pulled to the top of the launching slideway beam through a plurality of winches to be fixed. The pipeline can stably enter water.
