The invention discloses a vibration measurement and control device for a multi-flexible-body coupling damping structure. The vibration measurement and control device comprises the multi-flexible-body damping structure, a vibration detection part, an electromagnetic energy conversion part, a vibration excitation part and a drive control part, the multi-flexible-body damping structure comprises an upper-layer flexible beam coupling body, a middle-layer body and a lower-layer flexible beam coupling body, the top supporting plate is connected with the upper-layer flexible beam coupling body, the bottom supporting plate is connected with the lower-layer flexible beam coupling body, and the middle-layer body is connected with the upper-layer flexible beam coupling body and the lower-layer flexible beam coupling body; a piezoelectric actuator and a piezoelectric sensor are pasted on the first flexible beam, and the first flexible beam and the vertex support, the first flexible beam and the square support, and the square support and the second flexible beam are connected through right-angle supports. The vibration exciter enables the device to generate vibration, a piezoelectric sensor and an acceleration sensor are used for obtaining vibration signals, vibration control under a multi-flexible-body coupling structure is detected, and the device is applied to the field of vibration measurement and control of a flexible multi-layer framework.
