The invention discloses a pouring control device and method for a super high-rise viscous damping wall connecting wall, and the device comprises a size-adjustable bottom frame which is installed on a floor plate and sleeves the lower part of a template of a lower connecting wall of a damping wall; the supporting rods are vertically arranged on the bottom frame, the supporting rods are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the bottom frame, and the lower ends of the supporting rods are connected with an inner lining plate used for pressing and abutting against the outer side of the formwork; and the top frame is used for supporting a template of an upper connecting wall of the damping wall and is adjustable in size, and the top frame is mounted at the upper ends of the supporting rods. The problem that the pouring forming quality of the connecting wall of the damping wall of the super high-rise building structure is not easy to control is solved.
