The anti-swing wheel structure is installed between a window sash and a frame, the anti-swing wheel structure comprises a main board assembly and an adjusting assembly connected with the main board assembly, the main board assembly comprises a main board, a first adjusting hole is formed in the main board, the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting part and a first pulley part, and the first pulley part is connected with the adjusting part. One end of the adjusting part is connected with the first pulley part, the other end of the adjusting part is connected with the first adjusting hole, and the joint of the other end of the adjusting part and the first adjusting hole can be relatively adjusted, so that the first pulley part is far away from or close to one side of the frame. The first pulley part can be driven to move by adjusting the relative position relation of the connecting position of the other end of the adjusting part and the first adjusting hole, so that the distance between the first pulley part and a window sash can be adjusted, and adjustability of the anti-swing wheel structure is achieved.
