Comprising a camera device, a first reminding device and a second reminding device, the camera device is used for photographing a vehicle on a road to obtain the speed of the vehicle; when the speed of the vehicle is greater than a preset value, the first reminding device projects an overspeed warning prompt to a windshield of the corresponding vehicle, or projects the overspeed warning prompt to a preset distance in front of the vehicle and moves along with the vehicle; under the condition that the vehicle is still not decelerated, the second reminding device projects a red guide line and guides the vehicle into an automatic deceleration lane, and an auxiliary deceleration device is arranged on the automatic deceleration lane. The vehicle can be automatically guided to the automatic deceleration lane, the road accident rate is reduced, and the safety of a driver is improved.
