The invention relates to the technical field of circuit boards, and discloses a circuit board and an intelligent door lock, and the circuit board comprises a substrate which is provided with a power module; the charging interface is arranged on the substrate; the charging interface is suitable for being connected with an external power supply; a charging positive electrode of the charging interface is electrically connected with a positive electrode of the power supply module, and a charging negative electrode of the charging interface is electrically connected with a reference ground on the substrate; the coating structure is made of a conductive material; the coating structure is electrically connected with the charging negative electrode of the charging interface and the reference ground at the same time. According to the embodiment of the invention, the coating structure is arranged, so that the connection between the charging cathode of the charging interface and the reference ground is more stable. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the wrapping structure is made of the conductive material, it can be guaranteed that the negative electrode is not fused by current when the intelligent door lock is charged during high-power charging, and therefore normal use of the intelligent door lock is guaranteed.
