The invention provides a leachate concentrated solution atomization and evaporation device, and relates to the technical field of landfill leachate concentrated solution treatment. Comprising a foldable box body, a liquid guide pipe fixedly arranged at the bottom of the foldable box body and telescopic connecting rod mechanisms movably connected with the liquid guide pipe, and telescopic filler is arranged between every two adjacent connecting rod mechanisms; the foldable box body is provided with a containing cavity, a steam evaporation part is arranged at the bottom of the containing cavity, and steam holes are formed in the top of the steam evaporation part; at least four atomizing nozzles are arranged on the outer wall of the liquid guide pipe; the connecting rod mechanism comprises a positioning nest fixedly connected to the outer wall of the liquid guide pipe, a movable nest arranged on the outer wall of the liquid guide pipe in a sleeving mode, a first supporting frame, a second supporting frame, a third supporting frame, a bearing frame, a first limiting support and a second supporting frame. The device disclosed by the invention treats the concentrated solution in a mode of combining two evaporative crystallization modes, and is good in solar energy utilization rate and high in production efficiency.
本发明提供一种渗沥液浓缩液雾化蒸发装置，涉及填埋场渗沥液浓缩液处理处理技术领域。包括可折叠箱体、固设于可折叠箱体底部的导液管、与导液管活动连接的可伸缩的连杆机构，相邻的连杆机构之间设有可伸缩填料；可折叠箱体设有容置腔，容置腔底部设有水蒸气蒸发部，水蒸气蒸发部的顶部设有蒸气孔；导液管的外壁开设有至少4个雾化喷头；连杆机构包括固结于导液管外壁的定位巢、套设于导液管外壁上的活动巢、第一支撑架、第二支撑架、第三支撑架、承重架，第一限位支架、第二支撑架。本发明的装置通过两种蒸发结晶方式相互结合的形式进行浓缩液的处理，太阳能利用率好，生产效率高。
